Welcome to the Exhibitor Applications for the 2013 South Coast Caravan, Camping & Holiday Expo.

SITE APPLICATION DETAILS
Site applications are now open for the 2013 South Coast Caravan, Camping & Holiday Expo. All site applications are to be submitted online.

• 1 – NSW Member wanting the same site again as previous year (based on their first site preference)
• 2 – NSW Member who attended the Show the previous year, but has their first site preference as different to the site occupied the previous year
• 3 – NSW Member who did not attend the Show the previous year
• 4 – Interstate Member wanting the same site again as previous year 
• 5 – Interstate Member who attended the Show the previous year, but has their first site preference as different to the site occupied the previous year
• 6 - Interstate Member who did not attend the Show the previous year
• 7 – Non-member wanting the same site back as previous year
• 8 – Non-member who attended the Show the previous year, but has their first site preference as different to the site occupied the previous year
• 9 – Non-member who did not attend the Show the previous year

Previous Exhibitors at our Expo's: We are implementing a new online system and you should of received an email from Lisa which has a hyperlink that states Click Here to Apply. This will allow you to complete your application without the need to log in.

New Exhibitors to our Expo's
After reading all the information contained in this Application Kit, click on the appropriate link below depending on your CCIA membership status.

Step 1 Enter your email address and select No, I have not registered on your site before then Sign into Account (**CCIA NSW Members only - enter email address and select forgot password)
Step 2 Complete the company information
Step 3 Select the Indoors or Outdoors Area
Step 4 Tick the application for a stand and public liability if required
Step 5 Enter your site preferences and what products and services you offer.

The closing date for the first round of applications is Wednesday 24 July 2013. Should your application be successful, you will receive a formal contract and invoice from the Show Organiser approx 4 weeks after this date. Payments for the Show will be due by Wednesday 11 September 2013. If your payment has not been received by the due date, then your contract and invoice will be cancelled.

Please note that some sections of the Site Plan have been re-drawn (and some sites have been re-numbered), so please check the site plans before nominating your site preferences in the Application Form

CCIA NSW has a strong environmental focus. Exhibitors MUST comply with the Expo's environmental policy to achieve a plastic bag free event in 2013.

Plastic bags on exhibitor stands will not be accepted. Free environmentally-friendly paper bags will be handed out to visitors at the expo
